At Monfood, we take pride in delivering luxury party food, platters, canapés, and catering services across London using the finest fresh and seasonal ingredients. Our creations are prepared to order, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and taste for your events.
Due to the highly perishable nature of our food products and the bespoke preparation involved in our catering services, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, or changes in preferences once an order has been confirmed and prepared.
All sales are final upon order confirmation.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We strive for perfection in every order. If your order arrives with missing items, damage during delivery, incorrect items, or does not meet our high quality standards:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the issue.
- We kindly request photographic evidence where possible to help us resolve your claim quickly and efficiently.
- Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the order, a credit towards a future order, or a replacement (subject to availability).
Claims notified after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution, as food safety and perishability prevent us from assessing items beyond this timeframe.
Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues Caused by Monfood
In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, or if there are significant issues attributable to us, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the delivery at no extra cost.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We take allergies and dietary needs seriously and prepare orders based on the information provided at checkout. However, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any requirements. We cannot offer refunds for issues arising from undisclosed allergies or preferences.
